Evil Dead: The Game Out Now – Groovy!

Last week on Friday the 13th, Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games released the new co-op multiplayer action game Evil Dead: The Game on Epic Games Store, PlayStation and Xbox, and it’s already kicking some serious butt based on socials. The game’s launch trailer showcases the spooky and massive game world, and the intense survivor vs Kandarian Demon gameplay experience. The trailer is filled with nods to fan-favourite Evil Dead lore and features the original new song “Come Get Some,” a groovy homage to the Evil Dead franchise created by legendary recording artist and hardcore Evil Dead fan Method Man and hip-hop producer Statik Selektah.

Based on “The Evil Dead,” “Evil Dead II: Dead by Dawn,” and “Army of Darkness” films and the STARZ “Ash vs Evil Dead” television series, Evil Dead: The Game brings the series’ biggest characters together in a pulse-pounding battle with the forces of darkness. Choose your squad with characters from every era of the franchise, including Bruce Campbell’s Ash, Kelly Maxwell, Pablo Simon Bolivar, Annie Knowby, Scotty, and Lord Arthur. Battle with more than 25 hard-hitting weapons like the good ol’ chainsaw and, do you see this? This… is my boomstick! Level up a variety of character classes with their unique abilities to survive the night in cross-play multiplayer and bonus single-player missions.

Evil Dead: The Game is out now now on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. The game’s Deluxe Edition includes the Season Pass 1, featuring The Classics Bundle and 3 upcoming DLC packs. Evil Dead: The Game has also been announced for future release on Nintendo Switch.
