First announced at last year’s Tokyo Game Show 2022, this is the missing chapter in the Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s samurai epic series and it’s finally coming to the west.
In 1860s Kyo, a solemn samurai’s fight for justice stands to change the course of Japan’s history forever. Draw your blade and join the revolution in this heated historical adventure. Today’s new Blade of Vengeance trailer explores the game’s story, sharing a glimpse at the treacherous road ahead for protagonist Sakamoto Ryoma, after being framed for the murder of his mentor. With a journey full of friends and foes, high-action combat and more, this solemn samurai’s fight for justice challenges the course of Japan’s history.
