Chris InglisLast year was my first encounter with OG Unwrapped which was a hands-on press event where we could play samples of upcoming games from Outright Games. Outright Games is a family-run global video game publisher, making family friendly interactive entertainment with the biggest franchises in the world. Playing through games based on Peppa Pig, PJ Masks, Fast & Furious Spy Racers, and Blaze and the Machines was great fun, and the experience was even better by playing these games with my eldest daughter. This year, the OG Unwrapped Spring 2022 showcase was streamed live on May 19, 2022 and hosted by Lauran Carter, where four new games were announced, with a sneak peak at a fifth title. Here’s everything we saw at the event.
DreamWorks Dragons: Legends of The Nine Realms – Launching Fall 2022 on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

PAW Patrol: Grand Prix – Launching on September 30, 2022 on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
The PAW Patrol are on their fastest mission yet – To win the Pup Cup! Where no track is too big, no racer too small! Race around Adventure Bay, Jake’s Snowboarding Resort and the Jungle as the PAW Patrol pups and up-to 4 players at once – but look out for the obstacles left by mischievous Mayor Humdinger! This kart racer includes an easy control option for little ones with auto-acceleration to guide them around the track, as well as a hard mode for experienced track stars. So, buckle up for a PAWsome race around 11 tracks with your best pup pals!

Star Trek Prodigy: Supernova – Launching on October 14, 2022 on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
After the Protostar picks up strange readings from a dying star, Dal R’El and Gwyndala race against time to save their friends, their ship, new alien species and an entire planetary system before a supernova destroys them all! When the Protostar’s malfunctioning transporter scatters the crew across three alien planets, Dal and Gwyn must use their wits and skills to overcome ingenious puzzles, endure hostile environments and battle deadly robot armies to rescue Jankom Pog, Rok-Tahk, Zero and Murf. But as they search for their friends, they soon discover a sinister and deadly new enemy, one that will stop at nothing to destroy the Protostar and change the very course of history!
DC Justice League – Coming 2023
Not much is known about the game other than this iteration of the team will include Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, the Flash, Cyborg, and Aquaman as playable characters. A portal then opens up behind them, with a release window of 2023, alongside an evil laugh at the end of the trailer which we can only assume to be Batman’s eternal nemesis, the Joker.
